Dr. Lara Taylor is a highly respected educator and researcher with over 30 years of experience in the public education sector. Specializing in secondary English, curriculum development, and teacher mentorship, Dr. Taylor has dedicated her career to supporting students and educators alike in living and working from a place of wellbeing. In response to the unique challenges posed by COVID-19, she conducted groundbreaking research on the critical connection between teacher burnout and resilience, ultimately becoming a Certified Resilience Trainer through the prestigious R2 Resilience Research Centre.​​​​
